We are rolling (literally).
A little overdue for an update, interwebz world, but what an update it is! Wednesday, February 15th marked our very first practice as a league, and what a fantastic practice it was.  For some of us, it was just a bit of an extended off season, but for others it has been a few months to a full year before slipping those boots on and rolling onto that polished wood floor.  There were nerves and...

Practices will be held every Monday and...

We are extreme →
Roller derby was named number 10 of the top 10 most demanding extreme sports by rebull. I was interviewed by a female rugby player once who actually said she thought roller derby looked tougher. I’m not sure I buy that, but it’s extremely redeeming to know the sport is getting some of the recognition it deserves!
